The Project includes a single-story building of approximately 10,612 sq. that will house Fire District emergency responder personnel with (4) drive-through vehicle bays, crew living and sleeping areas as well as other fire service related support spaces. The project also includes the development of the (1.72) acres Project site which involves site clearing, soil fill, excavation & soil replacement, new building, paving base support, stormwater systems construction, concrete and asphalt paving, site structures, frontage, offsite improvements, and permanent utilities.

The Fire Station 84 City of Pasco Project. The project includes a new Headquarters and Fire Station of approximately 16,663 sq. ft., Reserve Storage Building of approximately 4,323 sq. ft. and associated site work. The proposed station will be wood-framed structure with administration offices, (4) apparatus bays, support spaces, crew living spaces, and (6) sleeping rooms. The reserve storage building will include (4) apparatus bays and storage rooms. The reserve building has an alternate plan (ALT-1) of approximately an additional 865 sq. st. that includes an additional Apparatus Bay and IT room.
