City of Campbell – Campbell, CA

Strategic Construction Management, Inc. developed Bid Specifications for demolition services and is providing Construction Management oversight for the total demolition of existing improvements for various buildings in the City of Campbell. Demolition includes the San Jose Water Company’s main office building, pump house, two additional office buildings, a carport, two 500,000 gallon water tanks and a single family dwelling. Construction Management includes coordination of the Asbestos & Lead Paint Survey, and incorporation of the existing Underground Utilities documents.  Strategic Construction Management, Inc. is assisting the City of Campbell with contractor outreach and bidding process, contract coordination /negotiation, and project oversight.
