Project Description
The Pajaro Valley Fire Station project was the construction of a new one-story fire station to serve the needs of the growing Pajaro Valley community. The new facility is approximately 6,000 feet. The fire station has three main areas: apparatus bays, lobby / office / meeting room / restrooms, and living quarters for the fire fighters.
The remote location of this new facility required the development of a self contained fueling station, LPG back up, and emergency generator to accommodate twenty-four hour a day utilities operations, inclusive of sewage and fueling pumps.
Construction began in August 2004, and was completed in August 2005.
