Project Description
Strategic Construction Management, Inc. is providing coordination for the contractor selection, planning, budgeting, and construction management for the development of a new campus for the La Cañada Presbyterian Church.

The new five-building complex will involve the development of new buildings for Family Life, Youth, a Worship Chapel, as well as other ministries. Built in 1937, the existing sanctuary will be renovated to provide space for their growing congregation, as well as state-of-the-art sound, lighting, and audio-visual systems.

The campus will be over 75,000 square feet of renovation, restoration, and newly constructed facilities in La Cañada Flintridge, California. Construction began in Summer 2005 and is expected to be completed in Spring 2007.
